Pullet with possible broken neck?

She was fine as far as I know last night.
Opened hutch this morning and she looked like this!

Could the rooster have harmed her? It was their first
day out with the flock yesterday-

Is she walking backwards and tucking her head? It could be a head injury or what is called wry neck. If you do a search on wry neck you will find good advice on treating it. They often recover.
