Pullet with vericose veins?!

This is Merida my Welsummer. She's 10 weeks old. It looks like she has varicose veins! She shows no sign that it hurts her. She runs, struts, jumps with no issues. Has anyone seen this before? Is it a cause for concern?

No, not a bit. Walks normally. Runs, jumps flies without issue.

Yes. The color is what concerned me. It looks like a varicose vein. That was just the best thing I could use to describe it.

Green can be bruising. Could she have injured it?
