Pullet With 'Wavy' Feathers?

My 14 week old pullet has 'wavy' primary wing feathers. Is she just not preening or what? Pics tomorrow.

But, its not as bad as it was yesterday so idk if I should even bother getting pictures. Now that i'm looking at it, I think it is normal..
I do have another question on how she's holding her wing if y'all don't mind..

Ask away. She might have had a few feathers that were out of place due to exercise, trauma, or just because.
