Pullet wont get up?

I went outside to go check on my flock this morning and one of the pullets didn't get up like she usually does. I've never seen any of them do something like this (apart from a two week old chick who was sick and eventually passed away) I've tried urging her to get up multiple times but she just moved a few inches away and layed back down again, even laying on her side a couple of times. It's not hot (it is a bit humid, though since it just rained)

On top of just not moving, she's just letting herself be stepped on and pecked at by the other flock members. If anyone knows what's going on please tell me.

She might be broody... has she been laying lately?

Not that I know of. She's the only one of our three Welsummers that hasn't laid yet. I've never seen her go on the nesting boxes.
(And of course, a few minutes after I posted this, she actually got up)
