I'm finally ready to start selling some of the extra birds from my mille fleur bantam cochin breeding project.

The cockerels are 6 months old and younger, and the pullets are 3 1/2 months old and younger. I'm asking $10 for the pullets, and $5 for the cockerels. No shipping.

Here's pics of a few of the birds that are available:

Very neat project. It is always exciting when there are new breeds and varieties of chickens being devloped. I look forward to seeming some standardized type mille fleur cochins out there. The male seems to be decent typeyness.

Are you selling any eggs from these chickens... they are soooo cute.

Hi Neighbor,
Ethan has been wanting some Bantams and your making it real hard not to cave in on that!
Are they easy to live with...good natured for small people that think they are a chicken?
BTW how are the little chicks doing? They are so cute!

Now, how to convince my parents....

OMG I love the 2 that I got! They are so sweet I had to put them in with the babies. I tried to PM you amazondoc- but your box is full. You wouldn't happen to have any EEs would you? I sold so many birds that I'm running low on layers.

Yes, type needs more work. Fortunately, there are some kids coming up in this current generation that are showing good promise in that regard.

Yes, I am selling eggs. Check the egg sales section of BYC for info about those. I should be posting an ad this afternoon some time.

Hey Holly --

You should get some.

The cockerels tend to think they're "all that", but they are small enough that they can't do any real damage even if they do get bossy.

And the chicks are doing great, thanks again for bringing them to me!
