Pullets in Coop

I am going to by some pullets of a friend. How old do they have to be before I can put them in the coop with the adult hens? Will the adults get along with the pullets?

I would have them at least a month or more completely quarantined using the utmost bio-security measures possible. I would first do a search on what all that would entail. and then another month of look but don't touch. then possibly when you do finally let what you thought, were sweet little hens, loose on your new pullets they won't completely peck them bald...

I just found out I have the meanest hens on the planet. I didn't think so, but my new 14 week old chicks sure think so....
