pullets or cockerels? easter eggers

are they cockerels or pullets I got them from day old and they said they were pullets... Also why is the brown and black one so sloe to grow feathers my white one is fully feathered but my black and brown one isn't fully feathered there about 5 months now

Hard to tell. They are both EEs. The one that is darker is 100% male. The other might be female.

Thanks guys, I'm 100 percent sure my "pullets" are now roosters today they had a little disagreement and started fighting and they started performing a wing dance after the loser lost, ughhh I'm so aggravated the lady vent sexed them and said she was 100 percent positive they were hens but Now there roosters, does anyone know a good place to get easter egger hens in Fresno ca?
