Looks like a pullet.
at this age, a cockerel would be bigger than a pullet- she is same size as your barred bird(which is a pullet for sure), the comb and wattles would be much bigger plus there would be a fair amount of thin and shiny rooster feathers on the back.. she doesn't show any of that.
