Pullets or cockerels?

I believe they are a variation of Easter egger, likely some sort of cream legbar cross. I believe they are both pullets; does anyone see something I’m missing? Thanks!

Age? Looking to be pullets, not seeing any "male" feathering.

Looks like pullets. That's a female feather pattern, and there's no male feathering on them at all. How old are they?
