I’m a first timer with chickens. I got 5 supposed pullets but am suspicious 2 are actually roosters. (I know it’s not 100% accurate on guessing the sex at an earlier age). These two are about 5 weeks old. Any thoughts? I hope I’m wrong because I’m already attached to them both! Thanks in advance! I feel at least 90% sure they are Roos, but has anyone gotten pullets that developed faster that they too were sure they were cockerels but ended up being pullets after all?

Also, although most of the time sexing at this young age is not super accurate. It will be accurate if they are fast developing males. You have 2 of those. Those are DEFINITELY males. That comb. And their age. It’s a giveaway.
