Pullets or Cockerels?

Hi! First Timer here and I am driving myself crazy trying to figure out if my 4 week old chicks are pullets or cockerels, especially after reading all of the advise on how to identify the sexes. I have 4 Easter Eggers and 2 Barred Rock. None of them have 3 rows on their combs and all combs are still pale yellow. The Barred Rock both have black feet and one has very distinctive black and white rows while the other is more black. All of the Easter Eggers have brownish or grayish feathers with some red-ish/brown. Any educated guesses?
