Pullets or cockerels?

I have two easter eggers that are 18 weeks old and wanted to see if the could potentially be cockerels. Let me know if you have any thoughts. Thank you!

Not necessarily true. If there is a dominant male around they may wait to crow till later. This is becuase crowing is almost always a sign of dominance and assertive behavior. Depending on the individual bird, some take much longer to start crowing as well. Best to tell at this stage by sickles, saddle and hackle feathers, colouring if applicable and other such physical traits.

The birds in question are pullets.
