pullets or cockrels

Opinions please! These are my 1 month old chicks... 2 red rangers, 2 isa browns and 2 of what was thought to be 2 black australorps... They were unsexed and was hoping for pullets. What do you guys think? I need to know so i can be ready to find places for them to go
