Pullets or Roos 1st Time Owner Please Help!

Hello! I'm a first time chicken owner. As a backstory I bought my chickens from a woman I met at the farmer's market a year ago. I have also bought eggs for eating off of her, and seen her flock. She let me come to her home and see her coops and chickens. I knew I would be getting mixed breeds. We do have the agreement if any of these are a rooster I can come and trade for others she has. Like almost everyone else I am hoping to have pullets. I did know taking them that roosters were a possibility because it is very hard to tell male or female. They are around 12-14 weeks old. She couldn't give me an exact age.
