Pullets or Roos 1st Time Owner Please Help!

On a sidenote I have only ever heard one of them crow once! It is so strange. If they are barred with brown does that mean male? I go cross-eyed looking at the feathers to see if they are pointy or round.

Males do usually have red/brown leakage on the wings and neck etc. so yes that can definitely mean they’re males. Along with the big red combs and wattles.

I hope she is honest and will trade like she said she would. I knew that I was taking a risk buying them.
