pullets or roos? im stumped. 8 week old chicks and still cant tell

ok 6 chicks...around 8 weeks old..think EE's.. have absomutly no idea on gender, i just cant tell they are all so different. they also have what i can only describe as red 'masks' that go round their eyes?

any help gratefully received
