Pullets or Roos?

Hi there . Please let me know whether you think my girls are actually girls! Lol! They are 18.5 week old Buff Orpingtons. One is much more aggressive than the other to everyone but the Queen Bee (my 1.5 y/o americauana). The two buffs do a lot of jumping on each other, which I've never seen before in my other breeds. I haven't heard any crowing, but I just want to make sure. Thank you in advance!!
