Pullets or Roos?

I would love your input on these babies please.

My thoughts are the two bigger black ones are Roos and the red and baby black ones are pullets??

The two bigger ones hatched 5th December (so a little over 16 weeks) and the younger two 25th January (so 9 weeks).
