Pullets or roos?

I have 3 silkie chicks that I'm not sure if they're roos or pullets. Almost 14 weeks. I think all pullets but that sounds to good to be true, considering I only hatched out 3 out of 4 eggs. I was told to post them on here once they were older.

By older, with Silkies that usually means around 6 months.

Either way, we'll need pics.
