Pullets or Roos?

Hello, first time chicken owner here. I have 12 week olds and a couple of them, I'm not sure if they are roos. They are a barnyard mix of possibly orpintons, bcm, cochin, or legbars. Thanks in advance for any help.

The BCM in the background I know for sure is a roo, he crows nonstop, but the barred type grey one in front of him is the one in question. Never crows, very docile, I don't see any hackle or saddle feathers, but his comb and waddle are quite mature

Agreed, it's the comb and wattles for me. He's too young for those to be so mature - unless he's a special breed.

I can't for the life of me figure out what mix of breeds he could possibly be lol
