Thanks! That would make sense because I cant find any Wyandotte's with dark legs when I look at breed images.The welsummer is a pullet but your blue wyandotte is not a wyandotte. My guess is that she's a mix but appears to be a pullet.

Oh I didn't know that (yellow legs,) that really help rule out Wyandotte.No problemShe's gorgeous either way, but all wyandottes are suppose to have yellow legs so if you're not sure just look at their leg color

That'd be fun if she's a blue Orpington... Do they lay same color eggs as Buff ?What color ear lobe does the first one have? If it's red, and her comb is single, then I'm sure she is a Welsummer like you thought. And what type of comb does the gorgeous blue one have? If it's single, she may be a blue Orpington.![]()
