Pullets won’t leave the chicken house

My thoughts exactly...tunnel is a probably a pinch point.

How wide and long is tunnel @Countryma ...and has the tunnel always been there? Pics would help.

The tunnel has been there over a year. It is about 8 ft long and about 1 ft wide with a turn-which may contribute to this problem. The adult birds don’t have an issue with it.

But the newbies might have a problem passing that close to their superiors.

The run is 6ft x 12 ft and 8 ft high with perches. Same with the house. Only several of the adults have been aggressive. They have access to the run all day when the adults are out, but still won’t leave the coop.
