I got these 2 beauties yesterday at TSC, they were marked White Leghorn pullets but as you can see they have very different feather development.....I’m concerned they both may not be hens, what are your thoughts?

Welcome!
Wing feather development doesn't matter unless their parents were specifically selected to produce that trait in their offspring. Watch for comb color and development instead.

Updated pics.....the one is very slender with a little tail and the other is more round and a little heavier and just staring to grow a tail. I have been doing some research and it looks like TSC gets their white leghorns and Cornish cross mixed up quite often :( When do you start to see the size difference in the Cornish cross? All I have read is that they are noticeable bigger, I don’t think my rounder one is a lot bigger than the slender one but I’m new to this so I don’t really know what to look for lol!
