Pumpkin hasn't laid an egg in three days and is very cranky

My Rhoade Island Red stopped laying eggs three days ago, sits all day on the nest and is very agitated.

She won't eat much and is basically in a bad mood all day. We think she has an egg or two inside her and can't get it out.

That would make me cranky too.

What should we do if anything?

hummm i dont know but maybe give her a warm bath?????? thats what i would do!
I had one chicken with a broken leg and i gave her warm baths everyday and she got better and she even liked it!!! Now she follows me everywhere!!!! lol I call her hop a long now!!! she limps but she can still run fast for food!!! lol

That's what mine did, First time she ever bit me, and talk about a nasty look on her face!

She's hatching them out right now!!

And I understand that there are a number of remidies.

I vote for broody. She wants to be a mommy.
