Well I got the pullets from an old cocker that told me they were pure ph but I'm with you on the green legged pullet. I think she may have some hatch or possibly red quill blood that's why I'm going to single mate her to see what kind of offspring she throws. The other hens are the typical yellow and white leg ph like in the pictures I posted.

I have a 13 week old Pumpkin Hulsey cockerel I'm interested in selling. I got a half dozen eggs from a local breeder, but only one hatched. He's beautiful, but I'm not interested in keeping him. Can anyone tell me where would be the best place to list him (pick up only), and how much I could reasonably ask?

You should try listing him on your local Craigslist. It would help if you had pictures of the parents to post on the ad.

I hatched pumpkins this year from eggs I got out of Alabama. Some are white,some orange,one has a black tail. What is the standard,should I cull black tail?

I wouldn't cull because of a black tail so early. It may lighten up turn brown as he grows.
