Puncture hole in foot, please help

I noticed that my Saxony has this puncture hole on her foot but there is a dark scab next to the hole. I washed her foot with diluted iodine povidone solution and put vetericin and triple antibiotic without pain meds on it but I am not sure if I should try to remove the scab or if it is okay to let her back outside today. Any advice is much appreciated.

@Scarletpyxi it doesn't look infected so I think it will be okay to let her back outside as long as it's scabbed over and not open for flies to get to it. Keep an eye on it just in case some how the scab gets removed. You want to keep her up if the wound gets opened up. Keep using the Vetrycin that is great stuff and the triple antibiotic.
