Punk Rock Girl?

Anyone have an idea of what type of chicken this is…. “she” looks like a pullet to me. 6 weeks old today…. she hatched out of the white egg of our rainbow pack of fertilized eggs and was a yellow chick…. She has a few small black spots but in no discernible pattern. I’m wondering what breed or mix of breeds she is. Thanks!

I bought 8 fertilized eggs from a hatchery…then set them under my broody NH Red hen, she came out of the white or almost white egg pictured here.

If you know the hatchery you should be able to browse through the breeds they have and match up what your girl is.

Likely a Cream Legbar-derived Egger. Update us in a couple weeks for gender. I believe the comb is deceptively large under that crest...

I will update…. The crest was a surprise for sure, just developed in the last 8 days or so and the comb was not noticeably large. Oddly enough I got a cream legbar who has yet to develop a crest and has all the earmarks of a pullet. I hope I’m right!
