Please take her to see a vet! Dogs carry bacteria in their mouth which is deadly to chickens. Here is a case story about it - http://www.poultrydvm.com/cases/goldie

I would just clean the wound with the chlorhexidene or whatever you choose to use twice a day. Plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment is good to put on afterward. Once the wound is healing, then you may try the BluKote Spray when beginning some supervised visits or free franging with others. The wound has probably damaged the oil or preen gland at the base of the tail. Hopefully, it will heal. Keeping her near the others is best to keep them all familiar, but watch out for flies, since they can cause major problems with flystrike.
