Purchased Ameraucana chicks ?

I purchased 2 day old Ameraucana chicks that are now just over 9 weeks old and I could use help confirming the breed and sex of this one. Thanks.

Go to uploads. When the page opens, arrow down to my uploads. Click on it, and find the photo you are wanting to post, write down the whole link. Such as www.backyardchickens.com/forum/uploads etc., The whole thing. Come back here and type it in on a post. We should be able to click on it and see the pic.

Nope, not an Ameraucana. But she is a female. She's an Easter Egger, often falsely claimed as an Ameraucana, but still likely to lay pretty blue or green eggs.

You probably need to put a carriage return after the first link. There is also an

at the end (with no spaces) for it to appear as a picture within your post.

I have no clue as to the gender of your girl, though. Ameraucanas (and Easterr Eggers) are hard to sex at that age -- (S)he is very pretty, though.

Definitely an EE pullet. EEs with that coloring are always female, so that's an easy one.
