Purchased as an Easter Egger/Auracana. Is this a rooster?

My daughter bought a few chicks at the local feed store earlier this Spring. The others all seem to be pullets, but this one? I'm not so sure. Does anyone have an idea on the gender of this bird? The other chicks don't have the tail feathers going up like this one. Help?
