I'm looking for an easy to clean chicken coop that is under $400 and can fit 4-6 chickens. Some features I want are:
1. Lifted above the ground
2. Has a big door for easy cleaning

Do you have a Costco near you? Im not sure where you are located but they have a Chicken Coop that fits 6 chickens. Very well made, cute, lifted with a small run and i would say easy to clean. 279$ It is the best priced for the size. I looked at Tractor Supply and they were small and expensive, so was Walmart.

Good luck! Hope you find a cute coop. Worse case look online for a free coop plan and build your own

Beware, prefab coops ALWAYS claim that they can hold more than they really can. If a coop says that it can hold 4 chickens, it is likely 4 BANTAM chickens, not full-sized large fowl chickens. I would recommend you buying from a local individual who makes coops as a side business. It will be better quality and larger for your money.
