I agree, unless the breeder did vent sexing, it’s too young to tell for sure, (but candy sure looks male at this time)
 
the breeder said if they are both males I could trade for a female but he said that he thinks that their is a male and an female

I think he sold you one with a big comb and one with a small comb, so there's a good chance you have one of each gender.

But it will take a while longer to be sure.

Some males get a big comb at a young age, while some have small combs for quite a while before they grow big. In extremem caes, there can be several months in which the pullets and the males with late-growing combs look like each other.
