Pure niacin or brewers yeast?

I have a duckie with weak legs and won't walk? Could be a niacin deficiency? Would it be better if I gave it pure niacin or brewers yeast which Doesn't have a ton of niacin in it?

, I can't find nutritional yeast? I just bought the brewers yeast because whatever works needs to happen fast, she hasn't walked in a week and just stoped moving her legs in general
