Some of my favorite memories is spending summers and 6 weeks at Christmas at my grandparents place in Underhill VT. They had a hobby maple syrup farm (He was professor emeritus of nuclear physics at UVM by day) and there is NOTHING IN THE WORLD like fresh pure maple syrup!!

I would love a half gallon when things get up and going so let me know!!

LOL its not usually that good it just happened someone wanted it, we dont really advertise other than a Vermont Maple Syupr for sale here sign.
But the old smoke stack is going full force to day, hopefully we will get our supply up by this weekend, weather permitting.
