Purina Mills Start & Grow Sunfresh

I have 15 White Leghorns coming from Cackle (should be here tomorrow- very excited!) and bought the above referenced chick starter in a 50 # bag. It has 18% protein. Do you think this with some hard boiled egg yolks should be enough protein for this breed?

I use that with 10#of turkey game bird mixed in which is 30% protein. but it should be fine.
