From what I've read ....I believe the Croad Langshans are only available in Australia. There may be a few scattered around elsewhere but not easy to come by. For the record....I would LOVE to have one
 
Breeding for extra bloom(Egg Cuticle layer) can be done, I've seen what it looks like purple eggs or plum eggs but it's a heavy layer of bloom on top of the brown layer, the Cuticle works as an antibacterial layer
