purplish blotchy coloring where airsac is help please

one of my duck eggs all of a sudden had a brownish blotch exactly where the airsac should be it has now turned a purplish color. theyre in lockdown so i havent toucjed the ehg it just happened today is this.blood? it forst happened this morning and after i noticed it i sat and starred at the egg and it DID move and ive beem trying to check for movement butits hard to tell...i think it has slightly wiggled since then so.im not sure if its alive anypne else ever see something like this?

I think you should candle that egg and see if you can find out more and if the duckling is still alive. Fingers crossed!
