Put 6 week plus old in hen house

I wanted to share put the babies in hen house. Very scary. I have been putting them outside for a week now for few hours at a time. They are in a dog cage and I have a hen that has been by her self and very lonely as the other hen is raising two babies and I separated them since this one tried to go broody as well. Hopefully not to soon for the babies. They were getting very messy.We are getting in the 70's during the day and upper 40's at night. Do you think to soon? They are fully feathered. I picked them up April 1 and was told they were a week old. The Hen was very excited to see other chickens.
