The temperature was 99.3 degrees and the humidity was sitting at around 50%. I put 39 eggs in my HovaBator 1588 and now the temperature is down to 70 and the humidity is 74% and rising. Should I take my eggs out before they start cooking or what should I do?

When You add eggs everything will drop. It is normal.
It takes it a little while to heat the eggs up and stabilize.
Some bators take longer. Is the room at a constant temp?
If it is then just give it a little time to get back right.
The eggs will not cook unless it is over 102 non stop or for a good amount of time.
Humiditly will level out when temp does

Remember that a hen gets off her clutch of eggs at least once a day to use the bathroom and eat untill the last three days. Sometimes the hen will be off the eggs for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. Imagine the temp and humidity fluctuations then.
