Putting chicks together for the first time...question

Guys,
I have 8 Sizzles that were born on Thanksgiving day (two weeks ago) and I have 5 Silkies that were born about 2 days ago. I would like to eventually put all the chicks in one brooding box together. How long should I wait before I put the Silkies in with the Sizzles?

I think when the new chicks are a week old you could put them together. They will be more interested in eating.
