Putting in chicks with older chicks?

My second batch of 4ish chicks should be hatching today. Previous batch is about about 3 weeks old now. Can I put them together after about a week, or will the older chicks pick on the younger ones?

Might be fine...might not.
Best to have brooder split with mesh divider so they can see each other.....then try to merge them. after a few days.
