Putting my olds with my new

I have two 4 Week old chicks I’ve ordered 10 one day old chicks by the time I get them my poults will be 6 weeks I wanted to put them together so I would have less problems in the future but I’m not sure if I should put them together or wait to put them together when my new chicks go outside. And ideas?
