Putting pictures on my BYC page

How do I do it....I have been copying and pasting the img code from photobucket....but I am obviously doing something wrong!!!!

If you save them to your computer, you can save them to BYC in the "Uploads" area

Then how do I put them on the page? Can I write stuff, put a picture, write more stuff, put another picture. etc??
