Putting Together a Chicken First Aid Box

OK, I have had my girls just 2 weeks and no probs so far, but I want to be prepared.
What would you suggest that I keep in my chicken "first aid box"? I live in the UK, in a town and don't have easy access to most "stuff" and will need to order some on-line.
I already have wormer, Red Mite Powder and ACV(apple cider vinegar), all suggestions will be taken on board.

Well some of the things I've need so far ( not for the chickens yet, but for my ducks and guineas) have been a triple antibiotic cream without pain reliver, blue or red kote for wound protection, vet wrap or medical tape, syringe without needle, scalpel for cutting out infection in foot (bumble foot), Terramycin ointment for eyes, Terramycin antibiotic for respiratory infection.

Hope some of this helps. I know there is a lot more people can add. I'll be watching to see what else I can add to my kit.

I don't know how many chickens you have started out with, but having raised chickens for many years, I have found that, like humans....a oz of prevention is worth a LB of cure. Unfortunately, a lot of what I learned was from failures.
I am a firm believer in immunizations. I just finished this year. The company I bought them from claimed their boxes could hold 4 immunizations for the same shipping cost, so I ordered 3 to vaccinate against diseases I thought were the most deadly. Of course, they come with enough med for 1000 birds, so I always felt that people should get together on the project, but I was never successful with that.
Then it is always a good idea to keep the nesting boxes dusted against lice.
I have used meds intended for humans to treat wounds, caused by other animals and fencing. I use Sulfer Sublimed powder on pecking wounds to discourage canobolism. It heals and taste terrible.
Then when a disease occurs, which hopefully, I have taken steps to prevent, I just do all I can and treat the symptoms.

Thank you both, I have added gentian violet to the "hen box" along with an anti peck spray. Unfortuantely I am in the UK and I cannot get hold of many things unless I go through a vet, and many vets know nothing about chickens and some won't even see them! About the only thing I can get easily is Coxoid for Coccidiosis treatment.

I have the necessary to dust for lice etc, in the coup and will be doing that monthly, I hope that is often enough.

I only have 3 hens at the moment and where we live, I couldn't really go more than 12.

Thank you, I can get hold of everything but the antibiotics which I would need a prescription for from a vet if/when they become ill.

Good lists so far. Only one thing I would add which I had to hastily order recently and that is Medpet Medistatin 100g It is Nystatin which is for sour crop.
That and Corrid are something I think all should have just in case.

Thank you all, for your suggestions. I now have a pretty good box together with the exception of the antibiotics which I cannot get hold of in the UK, unless I get a prescription form a vet.
