Sorry patches, just seen your question. I made mine by laying the 2x4s out like framing a wall in a house( 2 inch side touching ground ). Nail or screw together. Then lay the 1x6 against the sides not the front and back, on their one inch side and screw to the 2x4s. Like a sandwich, with one piece of bread longer than the other. That lip will be what you anchor the panels to the wood. A helpful hint is anchor one side to the wood, have a helper push the remaining side towards the wood. As they're pushing lift up from inside the coop to make the arch. Sorry don't have pics. Dont get stuck on the wood position, as long as the panels are secure, it doesn't matter.
I used zip ties to connect the panels to each other. Cheap and easy.
