pygmy pouter size?

I was just wondering how big the pygmy pouters grow to be? Because I just found out that the brunners is the smallest, which I thought the pygmy took that title. But if anyone knows how big they are compared to the english that would be great, cause I've only ever seen an english pouter in life.
