Pyncheons gender

posting my pyncheons again. They are 8 weeks today. Wondering if anyone has a different opinion as they both have combs and wattles but one of them is super bright red and the other isn’t. Both cockerels? I was really hoping the one was a female

I am not familiar with how fast the breed matures, but if they are a quickly maturing breed then it is possible that the lighter one is female. A couple more weeks and you should know for sure!

Rhodebar lover -- can you explain how you came to this conclusion? I am still not very good at this and am wondering what I am missing. Thanks.
