My pullet named quack, just started laying a couple of days ago. She lays her eggs behind the tv because she still lives in the house. My other pullet, chirp, has started to cuddle next to her while she is laying her eggs, and it seems to actually comfort quack, but the funny part is that the other day, quack was sitting in front of the tv and when my cockerel, peep, went behind the tv to explore, quack started clucking her head off in an angry way. Peep of course, backed off, possibly because peep is a small cockerel compared to quack, a fairly large pullet.
