Winter swam about in the pond. She heard something. She flew out of the pond and next to Snowflake. She had heard Hawk crowing. She flew about looking for where the sound was coming from. Her eyes glowed red with anger. If a chicken was in goose territory she knew she could not permit it. She raced towards the sound. She stopped at the border. She was relieved to find the rooster wasn't wandering about the territory.
