Quail acting like flamingo

I've recently put my quails on hardwire mesh and one of them sometimes stands on one foot and balances herself. She doesn't seem to have any problems with her foot (there might be since I'm knew to quail). Any idea of what is going on?

Do you have any place for them to stand that’s not on wire? A place for them to give their feet a break? Is it the same foot she lifts or does she switch?

Dirt boxes might help both for a place to rest their feet from the wire and let them have dirt baths. They love dirt baths.

I do have a dust bath where they can stand and bath and I dont think she switches her feet. She might but I'll pay attention to that.
